Yesterday, Question Mark, Ohio, witnessed a harrowing scene at its beloved Question Park Amusement Park and Petting Zoo. Sheba, a normally placid Siberian Ghost Tiger, inexplicably went on a rampage, causing chaos and leaving several visitors critically injured.
Beth Hickenlooper, Sheba's longtime keeper, expressed disbelief and sorrow over the event. "She's never shown any sign of aggression. She's always been a gentle soul," Hickenlooper said, struggling to hold back tears. "I don't know what got into her."
Eyewitnesses describe the scene as chaotic and terrifying, with people fleeing for safety as Sheba broke through her enclosure. Emergency services quickly responded, but not before Sheba had injured numerous park-goers. The Ohio Game and Wildlife officers were called to the scene, where they made the difficult decision to shoot Sheba in the interest of public safety. However, before they could corner the animal, Sheba appeared to escape into the Hall of Dazzling Glass. After several hours, the animal still has not been found.
The park has been closed indefinitely as investigations are underway as the community prays for the recovery of the injured. This tragic event raises serious concerns about the safety protocols and the keeping of exotic animals in such environments.
Our hearts go out to the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this tragedy.
