Feline Frenzy: Mr. Business Triumphs in Pet Parade and Beauty Contest

Mr. Business, owned by young cellist Nanako Yakamoto, wins the pet parade and beauty contest, sparking controversy.

The 2019 pet parade and beauty contest in Question Mark, Ohio, culminated in a surprising victory and a subsequent controversy. Mr. Business, a charming and charismatic cat owned by 8-year-old cellist prodigy Nanako Yakamoto, clinched the title of 'Most Handsome Town Feline,' narrowly defeating the long-time favorite, Fabiolo.

The decision, however, was not met with universal approval. Mabel Vickery Dupree, Fabiolo's owner, expressed significant dismay at the outcome and has called for a recount. "This is preposterous! Fabiolo has always been the star of these events. There must be some mistake. I demand a recount," she insisted.

Nanako, young but already well-known in town for her musical talent, was thrilled at Mr. Business's win. "He's always been a winner in my eyes," she said, beaming with pride. “I think he’s probably the smartest cat in town.”

After the recent controversy, the planning committee has unfortunately decided to cancel next year's parade and contest.
